Jesse Hughey is a
multi-disciplinary artist and musician from Sitka, Alaska, currently based in
Seattle Washington.
A lifelong resident of the coastal grey, his work exists in the color gradient of sky to sea and the undefined point on the horizon where the two meet, overlap and reflect. His photographic output explores human placement, interaction and agency, employing experimental, full-process manipulation of the basic physical and chemical elements of film.
